Studio Policies
All of our policies are in place to ensure you have the best experience every time with FLESH! Please read all policies thoroughly as they change periodically. We are doing our very best to navigate during these unprecedented times while keeping your experience easy and seamless.
DEPOSITS
At Flesh Skin Care Studio, we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for our guests and team members. Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we require a minimum 72-hour notification via email to receive a full refund of your deposit.
There are no refunds for appointment changes made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment. Deposits will remain on file and can be used towards a future appointment for up to one year. Deposits can also be transferred to another client's file, or converted to a gift certificate.
Same day reschedule requests/cancellations (and no call/no shows) will lose their paid deposit, and will have to pay another deposit for a future appointment.
To make changes to your scheduled appointment that is more than 72 hours away, click 'view appointment details' at the bottom of your automated appointment confirmation/reminder emails from Flesh Skin Care Studio. You will be prompted to cancel or reschedule your appointment here. If for some reason you cannot access these emails, please email us your cancellation/reschedule notification at hello@fleshskinstudio.com.
When you cancel, your deposit will automatically be applied to your account. If you are eligible, and would prefer a refund, please email us at hello@fleshskinstudio, including 'Refund' in the subject line.
Please understand that when you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy we send out reminder texts and emails 84 hours in advance, 24 hours in advance, and 2 hours in advance.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to allow for extra time to park, check-in, have some tea & unwind before your service. If you arrive later than 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you will likely not be serviced and your deposit will be forfeited.
GUESTS/CHILDREN
We strive to create and uphold a very relaxing and intimate environment for our clients, therefore we ask that you come to your appointment without any guests including children.
COVID-19
During this world wide Covid-19 pandemic, we are so happy that we can continue to work our magic and transform your skin, all while keeping everyone as safe as possible. We are now taking even greater measures designed to protect you and our employees during this time. In following safety guidelines set by the CDC, below are the measures we are taking to ensure your safety.

We use digital heat scan thermometers for clients and employees.

We alternate appointment times and treatment rooms to allow for even greater cleaning and disinfecting between clients.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio.

Flesh Therapists wear gloves and masks throughout your service.

We have eliminated using top sheets and blankets at this time. (If you like to be extra warm and cozy during your facials, free to bring a small throw blanket carried inside of a bag for your personal use.)

We are not allowing garment changes at this time, therefore we are asking our clients to wear loose comfortable clothing to their appointment.

Only clients that are being serviced are allowed in our studio at this time. Unfortunately there are no exceptions.
You can help keep our environment safe by remembering to:

Wash and/or sanitize your hands often.

Give each other space and follow the social distancing protocol within the studio.

As much as our therapists are excited to see you, please understand that we have asked them to politely provide distance when greeting.

Most importantly, if you feel sick, have a fever, are coughing, have difficulty breathing, or if in the last two weeks you been in close contact with a person with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment and stay home.
